It’s the time of year when Puffin’s return the UK for their breeding season. RSPB Bempton is England’s only mainland Puffin colony. I was a few weeks too early to see the Puffling’s (honestly, it’s what baby puffins are called), so I’ll have to make another journey.

These are fantastic photos of the puffins. We saw them on the cliffs in Iceland, but could never have gotten close enough to get a decent picture. They are so adorable!

very beautiful birds where do they migrate from to breed there

Mostly from around Iceland and a vast range between northern america/Canada to northern Europe/Russia. Outside of the breeding season they tend to remain on the sea.
