    1. Thankyou. Sarah inspired me to try working with layers in a way that’s new to me.

Eating disorders are important to me personally because I have one. I feel that they are not discussed enough and want to have a positive impact. I spoke with my tutor today and she was impressed with a couple of my eating disorder photos.

I want to explore two other eating disorders as well – pica and orthorexia, and make more about anorexia and bulimia as well.

  1. I have been following this topic of yours and I feel unsettling and uncomfortable looking at the pictures. I think that’s the whole point and you conveyed it so well – uncomfortable truth. Your pictures are deeply moving.

  2. A picture is worth a thousand words and yours is so apt. I love the way it’s layered – yes Sarah has done some inspiring work in this style. But I have to say this the awareness that you are creating about so many disorders and using the learnings of your course to do this is really admirable. You are so inspiring in more than one way and you should be super proud of yourself. I am and I thank you for inspiring so many people and creating awareness through your art. Commendable.
